NO CONDEMNATION IN CHRIST (WALK AFTER THE SPIRIT)
There is] therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit._Romans 8:1
That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit._Romans 8:4
What a wonderful Savior we have in Christ Jesus! Unfortunately, many who profess Him to be their Lord and Savior are weighed down with condemnation. Perhaps some act or speech or someone’s opinion has caused them to feel that they just do not measure up. A lack of understanding of His grace will allow such feelings to overwhelm a believer at times. Romans 8:1 which is quoted above shows us where the problem may lie. There is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus who walk not after the flesh but after the Spirit. This is why we walk or live in the Spirit. By walking in the Spirit, the righteousness of the law is fulfilled in us. Christ Jesus has been made unto us righteousness (1 Corinthians 1:30). He fulfilled the law. The Divine Benefit is realized only as we walk or live in the Spirit and not after the flesh!
